Download the NitroShift app or register on the website. Fill in your name, phone number, city, and activity. Email verification is required before you can start.
Open the app, tap New Order and fill in the recipient's name, phone, city, and delivery address. Add the products you are sending and confirm. You will instantly receive a reference number (NS-XXXXXXXX).
An admin assigns your order to an available driver. The driver comes to your address to collect the parcel. Pickup is free from 4 parcels per shipment.
Once the driver is on the way, your order status updates in real time. You can also track using the public tracking page with your tracking number. See the driver's live position on a map.
When your parcel is delivered and payment is collected from the recipient, the order is marked as "Delivered & Paid". Your funds are returned to you within 24–48 hours.
If the recipient refuses the parcel, the order becomes a Return Request. You can choose to have it redelivered to you or kept in our secure warehouse for free. A small return fee applies.

Reviewed within 24hOnce your account is activated by an admin, you gain full access to the driver dashboard. You will receive a push notification when you are approved.
Account activationAn admin assigns delivery orders to you based on your city and availability. You get an instant push notification for every new assignment with all the details.
Push notificationGo to the pickup address, collect the parcel, and head to the delivery address. Update the order status from your app at each step. When you start the last-mile delivery, the client can see your position live on a map.
Live GPS sharingOnce you hand over the parcel and collect the payment, mark the order as "Delivered & Paid". The GPS tracking stops automatically.
One tap confirmationIf you encounter a problem — wrong address, unreachable client — open the Support chat directly in the app and an admin will respond immediately.
