General rules for using the NitroShift platform for clients, drivers, and visitors.
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for keeping their credentials confidential. NitroShift may limit, suspend, or refuse access in case of misuse, fraud, inaccurate information, or violation of service rules.
The client must provide reliable information for orders, items, addresses, and contacts. Storage requests may be subject to validation, and orders or items that do not comply with operational rules may be refused or put on hold.
Users may contact NitroShift support for any issue related to orders, returns, storage, tracking, or account closure. Support and claim exchanges may be retained for case follow-up and service improvement.
Self-service account deletion is not available. If you wish to close a client or driver account, you must contact NitroShift support, which will process the request after verification.
