NitroShift

Privacy Policy

This page explains what data NitroShift collects, how it is used, who can access it, and how live delivery location sharing works and stops.

Data collected for user accounts

When you create or use a NitroShift account, we may store identification and account data such as your name, email address, encrypted password, phone number, city, account type, platform, profile photo, and notification token. Depending on your activity on the platform, we may also store business-related details such as your activity, referral source, pickup address, estimated daily orders, bank name, and RIB when these fields are provided for operational or payment purposes.

Order, storage, and support data

To operate deliveries and storage, NitroShift stores the data required to process each order: recipient name, recipient phone number, pickup city, destination city, delivery address, comments, order type, shipping fee, totals, status history, assigned driver, and timestamps. For storage requests and stock management, we may also store article names, categories, stock quantities, weights, dimensions, storage type, labels, photos, and links between stock items and order lines. We also keep related returns, claims, support exchanges, and notifications so that operations and customer service can follow each case.

Driver application and delivery data

For drivers, NitroShift may process full name, phone number, city, current activity, referral source, legal status, vehicle ownership, vehicle type, profile photo, CV, driving license, and account status. Once a driver is assigned to an order, operational delivery data is also linked to that driver so the platform can manage assignment, route visibility, delivery progress, returns, and proof of completion.

How live location sharing works

NitroShift uses live driver location only for active deliveries that are in the status En Route. During that phase, the delivery application sends latitude and longitude updates for the assigned order, and those coordinates are stored in our delivery tracking records with the order identifier, the driver identifier, and the last update time. This live location is used to display route progress and real-time delivery tracking to the relevant NitroShift interfaces and tracking views.

Who can access delivery location

Live delivery location is not treated as a public feed. It is used inside NitroShift for the assigned delivery flow and may be visible to the client concerned by the order, the assigned driver, and authorized NitroShift staff such as administrators or support handling the shipment. It is accessed only for operational tracking, customer information, and delivery management.

When location sharing stops

Location sharing is not meant to continue indefinitely. In the current NitroShift flow, location updates are accepted only while the order is En Route. When an order reaches a final status such as Livré et Payé or Demande de retour, the related live tracking record is deleted from delivery tracking storage. This means the last active location is removed from the live tracking flow once the delivery is completed or moved into a final return state.

How we use this data

NitroShift uses this data to create and secure accounts, manage stock, create orders, assign drivers, update delivery status, calculate fees, notify users by email, push notification, or messaging, respond to returns and claims, and maintain service quality and platform security.

Sharing and access rules

Data is shared only to the extent necessary for operations, support, payment follow-up, notifications, technical service execution, or legal compliance. Depending on the case, this may include the client concerned by the order, the assigned driver, authorized NitroShift administrators, customer support, email delivery services, push notification providers, or legal authorities when required by law.

Data retention and security

NitroShift keeps account and operational data for as long as it is needed to run the service, follow deliveries, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal or security obligations. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, and access to operational data is limited to the parts of the platform and staff roles that need it to perform their work.

Account deletion requests

NitroShift does not currently provide self-service account deletion from the interface. If you want to request account closure or ask about the handling of your data, please contact NitroShift support at contact@nitroshift.net or by phone at 0687113536. Requests are handled manually after verification.
